Our method of milling each form from a solid cube of material in a singular operation ensures we can stay within a tolerance level of 0.07mm, (0.003”)
on all six sides.
BDW uses solid core Birch Ply Die Board used
in the automotive industry as the base material.
Depending upon the volume of boxes needed,
you can pick from a variety of materials for your kit.

Bird Dog Woodworks realizes you sometimes need a low cost “quick set” forms for small volume jobs.
We now offers 2 styles of forms to satisfy this requirement.
Both machined in the same manner to insure tight tolerances Bird Dog is known for.

Our STANDARD FORMS KIT: Highest quality, long runs, repeat work.

Forms are spray finished to reduce swelling of material.

Forms edges are milled with radiuses.

Aluminum corners are applied to the Quad Form.

Hardware included.
The ECONOMY FORMS KIT: All the quality and tight tolerances as
expected excluding the following.

No spray finish.

No radiuses except for the Mid form.

No aluminum corners - Quad.
